Mile High Online is proud to announce our national certification as a Women's Business Enterprise, by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
We are officially a women-owned business!
“As a family- and women-owned and operated business, we feel it is important for customers to officially understand who we are and the company we have built,” said Abby Miller, a co-owner of Mile High Online. “With this certification, our customers will now know they're buying products from a women-owned business.”
Led by co-owners Lori Rayl and Abby Miller, Mile High Online is proud to wear the WBENC badge, and we strive to be a workplace that empowers women and champions diversity.
About the WBENC Certification Process
The WBENC standard of certification is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and an on-site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by a woman or women.
By including women-owned businesses among their suppliers, corporations and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier diversity programs.
Founded in 1997, WBENC is the nation’s leader in women’s business development and the leading third-party certifier of businesses owned-and-operated by women, with more than 17,000 certified Women’s Business Enterprises, 14 Regional Partner Organizations, and more than 350 Corporate Members.
